Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return any product that does not meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, and other packaging materials.
  • Customized items are not eligible for returns unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team here to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at here.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
