Give it time to fluff. The pillow was vacuum sealed tighter than a balding man with a ponytail holding on to his youth. This image was taken after 12 hours of fluffing with my hands and sitting out. Instructions say give it 24 hours. It really does explains to a nice thick quilted pillow. It came with a thin gray pillow case as well. Get it!
