These are perfect lumbar pillows as described. Great balance. They are dense enough to give proper support and help a sore stiff back, but squishy enough to mold around your body and be comfortable for longer periods. They really do expand back to their original shape and are great with a good thick cover.

The sign of a great pillow is the versatility in how it supports the head, neck, and body (side sleepers). Having multiple pillows allows one to dial-in total body comfort from head to toe.

The Goose Down Feather pillows allowed me to fine-tune my comfort as the pillows are not overly stuffed yet supportive. I achieved great side support throughout the night and awoke with zero discomfort.

The pillows represent great value for money.
