The tag on my old one was so worn and faded that I could only read a few words This is what Amazon popped up, and thank goodness it's the identical match! My old one was getting a bit mushy. It lasted 3 years. Love these specific pillows!

Super great pillow I was very weary of finding a replacement for my previous cool gel but my new one is excellent. Great support not super firm and not super soft. It’s a very happy medium and I sleep mostly on my side and back.

I bought this pillow for the cooling pad. I'm sure that it makes a difference and is probably really nice for other people who run hot at night but I'm taking medications that cause insane night sweats. I don't think any cooling pillow or breathable bedding can help that. I am amazed at the memory foam however. Comfy pillows are hard to find! I just tried my first memory foam pillow a year ago from Walmart and it was way too hard and gave me a headache. But this is perfect! The only things I don't like: 1: it does smell pretty strong. Night 1 I sprayed my husbands cologne on it but last night it wore off and was gross but not enough to make me get up and grab more spray. I'm sure the smell will go away soon. 2: I'm a side sleeper. I normally sleep with 2 pillows but this is perfect fluff that I only need one. But I notice my arms painfully falling asleep really quickly bc I am putting too much pressure on my shoulder. This doesn't say it's for a side sleeper so totally not knocking off a star for that. I'll try adding an extra pillow underneath tonight. Despite my 2 cons and the fact that the cooling part doesn't cool ME (bc my issues are internal, not external factors like a warm pillow) I absolutely give this 5 stars bc of the memory foam! And for the price! I didn't expect much for this price but I'd pay twice as much if I had known how great it would be!

It is surprisingly cool to the touch. It swallows you in comfort, just firm enough without being too firm, however I liked it better with one of my standard pillows underneath it. You can put it in a pillow case but it comes with its own washable zipper case. I did not notice any unusual odor. Liked it enough to order another, and will consider giving them as Christmas gifts as well. Price was a couple bucks cheaper when I ordered last week, I'll wait for the price to come down again. UPDATE: my opinion after sleeping on the pillow the first night. My original review was based on trying it out for 5 or 10 minutes when I first received it. After actually sleeping on it, there are some things to consider. 1) The pillow is heavy, and I found myself having to adjust it several times during the night. It is a bit of a task. 2) I couldn't find a good position for the pillow. As I mentioned, I needed at least one of my standard pillows under it to get the support I needed. If I used this pillow alone, I felt like I had sunken too far and was sleeping too flat. 3) The cool gel indeed is a nice feature, especially if you are a hot sleeper. It tended to warm to the room temperature after a while, but if you turned over and faced the other side of the pillow, that side was cool, I liked that. 4) About the cool sensation. At times it felt kind of weird like I was laying in a puddle of water, probably because you have sunken down and are being cradled. It's not bad thing, in fact a puddle of water is probably not even the right way to describe it, it's hard to explain unless you've slept on one, and then you'll know what I mean. I am still giving the product 5 stars, because it delivers what it says it will and it is well made. My issues with the pillow are subjective, and those things may not bother you at all. Definitely worth ordering!

Got the pillow yesterday. Used it for the first time last night. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars trying to find a pillow that would support my head and neck because of cervical spine problems while helping with excessive sweat in my hair and night shirt waking up cold and wet every morning. This morning..NOTHING!!! Dry as a bone, warm not hot or cold, and my neck feels wonderful. Thank you so much for this pillow. I was skeptical last night because it really didn't feel cool to the touch and kinda squishy. But unbelievably it absorbed any sweat during the night, wisked it away, and gave me a FULL night's rest without waking even once (which hasn't happened in a very very long time). If you're on the fence, get this pillow and give it a chance. It worked wonders for me. I don't usually review my products I receive but I couldn't wait to tell everyone about this one!!

I bought this for product my Dad. He has been bed ridden for 14 months now. I will do almost anything to make him as comfortable as possible to be able to stay at home. My Mom told me that he sweats a lot at night and his pillows get wet. I researched and researched and decided that this was the one. I would never pay this much for a pillow for me, but for him - it has been life changing. I gave it to him yesterday and after about two hours of him using it - he told me he loved it! It stays in place and does not move down his back or to the side. It did keep him cooler. I told him the real test would be overnight. I just called him and he said this is the best pillow he has ever had! He said it worked well no matter how his head was on it. And he did not sweat! My Mom could not believe it! She always has to change his pillow cases every morning and she was happy that she didn't have to. This is will cut down on laundry too. When my family saw that I gave him this pillow and I took it out of the zipped cover - they all touched it and said they wanted one too! Then I said, "pillows for Christmas it is then. You get a pillow and you get a pillow and you get a pillow." I really was serious though. This is pillow is worth the money if you have sweat at night and need good support for your head. It came so nicely packed in a carry plastic zipped case with a handle. It is so sturdy and did not smell. Easy to carry as a gift and it fit in a normal size regular pillow case. My Dad has never been to picky about pillows. But I think we will have to make sure he always has this one now. I am happy with this purchase as are my parents! I highly recommend it!

I originally bought this pillow in 2015. And just now need to replace it. When i first wanted to buy it again , it was no longer available, but others choice may be different. I have chronic pain from a whiplash injury. that this pillow actually helps so much. I tried others but sent them back for being too soft. Its not so much the cooling gel, but the memory foam. Just the right density for my support needs. I am a side sleeper and my head does not sink into an uncomfortable position. The 1st one after 9 years is just beginning to loose that feature. That's why I'm was glad to see it back in stock. I may order another one now to keep in storage for another 9 years when I may need to replace it again LOL. It came folded in half but did not need to be aired out or time to expand. I used it the 1st night that it came. Excellent for side sleepers, for chronic neck pain, and the cooling effect is very effective. Memory foam is just the right density.

I have had 10 year mattresses, but this is the first 10 year pillow I have owned. This pillow is amazing, its easy to clean. consistently keeps cool, and even over time maintains its design, comfort and durability. I honestly mostly use this as an in-between leg pillow now as I am no longer a side sleeper and sleep on my back and its a little thick for me personally for a head pillow in that position compared to others on the market. If well taken care of it will hold up and not lose the memory foam bounce and strength that is typically expected anytime soon!

I had been using this pillow for over half a year with pleasure and am very happy with the quality as it's worthy of price, but last night when I returned from the gym, after hitting the cardio and legs workout, I was very tired that as I laid my head on the pillow I fell asleep on my bed and slept unconsciously without changing. in the midnight I had to woke up for water and felt a strange smell. When I sniffed my surroundings I realized that it has been the pillow making such smell due to gel and excessive sweat. I immediately took off the cover and washed the pillow. Till the next noon the pillow was all dry and there was no smell at all. I just want everyone to let know if such thing they face so what they should do.

The package was nicely delivered with good packing and arrived on time, as soon as I opened the vacuum packed pillow it inflated in no time and I have been using it since last week. But last night when I was sleeping and I felt something wet on my neck. I turned on the light and discovered that the pillow gel is leaking from a small hole which may be due to folding the pillow with gel side on the inside. If I get up once in the night then all my night spends awakened and I was dead tired in the morning.

I have been very excited throughout the purchase of this pillow for my daughter because she sweats a lot while sleeping. Instead of producing cooling effects this pillow has caused to be more sweaty and exhausting for her.

I had ordered a cooling gel pillow for my granny. She received a pillow but it was not the one I ordered they instead sent me a down alternative pillow. They are soft and comfy but after all they aren't the one I ordered.

The gel pillow I received had torn packing and all the gel was peeping out of the cover. I complaint to the customer support and they say it may be shipping company's fault because they dispatched the perfect condition brand new pillow.

Pillow came in a very nice package with a handle, completely sealed. Heavy weight and construction pillow, this is not some cheap pillow. I went to Bed Bath and well you know, and they were $70, when I placed my head this pillow it I didn't feel like I sunk into it too far but wasn't hard like my $100 temur pedic (see photo).

The pillow came vacuum packed and it inflated in no time as coming out of the package. It comes with 2 pillow cases of nice quality as well. if you want to fold the pillow with the gel on the outside of the fold, it's fine. But if you fold it with the gel on the inside of the fold, then the gel bunches up inside it's little pocket and is impossible to flatten out on your own. Time helps it spread back out a little but until then you're left with lumps of gel.

This pillow came in came no time. Delivery is very fast. Packaging is also very beautiful.

This amazing pillow has cooling gel for hot sleepers on a side and memory foam for warmth on the other. My hubby is a hot sleeper so he uses just the gel side of coolness during sleep.

I have tried many pillows but this is the only one stays cool during sleep. It little gel bumps on it which work really good. It also has a beautiful mesh cover on it you can use as is.

I purchased this memory foam cooled pillow 2 months ago and one of the best things that I like is when I lay my head on, it does not sink into it. The little bumps on the cover fix the hot sleeping problem. Love it so much. Recommended.
