This pillow has a lovely soft feel and provides excellent support, especially for side sleeping. It’s very cooling and feels fresh all night. The only reason I rated it four stars is because it took a few nights to adjust to the slightly thicker feel. Now that I’m used to it, I sleep great on this pillow!

This pillow is comfortable enough, but I was hoping for a stronger cooling effect. I didn’t notice much difference in temperature, although it is very soft and good for my back. If you’re just looking for a comfortable pillow, it’s nice, but if you’re after serious cooling, it might not be the best choice.

I liked this pillow a lot when I first got it. It’s very soft and comfortable, but after a few weeks, it started to lose its shape a bit. I find myself having to fluff it up often to keep the support. It’s not a bad pillow, but I expected it to last longer without needing so much maintenance.

I was really worried for my young son. He is 10 and often wakes up tired or complaining about neck pain or back pain. I was frustrated because he had no health issue or weakness but I could not figure it out even we did medication too. Later when I had my worries shared with my neighbor Kelly, she suggested me to replacing my son's pillow with Beckham Hotel Collection pillow. These Pillows had relieved so much in my Neck and back pain. I am a retired police officer and I retired due to me shoulder injury for which I had a great problem in sleeping and getting comfortable. When I first opened the package and rolled out the pillows, there were 3 gel “lumps” inside. I couldn’t image how they would fluff up and make the pillow soft. But I gave them the 24 hours recommended and air fluffed them in the dryer. I also kept fluffing them during the waiting period. Now, all the lumps and bumps are gone and the pillows are so wonderful. I like that they’re weighty. Give them a try!

These pillows are very soft and fluffy, which I prefer from the gel pillows that are too firm and mat down. They are very comfortable and retain their fluffiness. Good for side sleeping. They washed well in my top loader and air dried in 48 hours. I would recommend washing two so that they balance your washer during the spin cycle. I finally have purchased pillows that I’m satisfied with.

I waited a few days to really test it out based on other reviews and I’m NOT disappointed! The quality truly lives up to the $60 price. I naturally run hot at night and hate it! The gel pillows seriously work in keeping me cool at night, and I’m only 35. Get them! Definitely buying more for my family

I have always been a fan of very firm cooling pillows. After a stay a couple of weeks ago in a hotel with this type of pillow, I decided to give them a try since I had rested so well at the hotel. This is one of the best pillows that I have ever laid my head on. It is not only comfortable but is cool as well without any type of gel. I highly recommend these pillows!

This Beckham Hotel Collection Down Alternative Pillow is the one I looked for for many weeks and finally I found it here. It all begins when I was visiting my family doctor for the 4th time in a month about my back pain. He was a friend of my father and my uncle as well so I was like a nephew to him. I was able to see someone handling the pillow, mashing on it, fluffing it, etc. I purchased the Queen size set of 2 down alternative bedding gel cooling pillows.( Not the memory foam pillow.) Don’t purchase them because they use the term “cooling”. They aren’t cooling. Rather purchase them because you will get the best sleep of your life

These pillows are so soft and fluffy. I can tell they are gel pillows. I just fluff them up when looking a little deflated. My old pillows is foam or something and I don’t even miss it!

I have a hard time finding a pillow that I actually like. I think this is the one for me. These are soft but slightly firm. I slept all night soundly. The gel material the pillow is stuffed with provides the comfort of a soft squishy pillow but enough firmness to not get lost in the pillow when you lay down. Highly recommend if you have had a difficult time finding a pillow you like.

These are actually really great pillows, and they’re twice as good when you catch them on an awesome lightning deal, so watch for that. They’re on there pretty often. My husband is super pillow picky and really likes these. They’re supportive without feeling blocky or lumpy. They also aren’t sweat inducing like a lot of gel, down alternative pillows can be.

I don’t find the cooling gel all that effective, but I’m also very hot-natured so maybe it works better for others. I don’t care about that, though. I’ve been purchasing these pillows for time and have sworn by them. Recently purchased more to replace some older pillows and I am extremely disappointed. The minute I laid my head on it I could tell it was not the same as the ones I’ve always purchased. This new set has much less fluff to it and the linen feels less soft.

I purchased originally in 2022 and they were FABULOUS. The best pillows ever!! I decided that though they were still in great shape, it was probably time to get a new pair. So I went to my orders, and reordered the pillows - got a great deal so I was excited! They came and I went to put them into the pillowcases and immediately realized they were not the same pillows. The tags are different and no longer state "GEL" on them. These are lighter weight and quite lumpy. Thankfully customer Support came through and made it right but I am pretty sad that we can no longer buy the pillows as they once were.

I have been in contact with the shipping company as they I have been told that my package is on its way but I am sure that shipping company had lost it. I am looking for its delivery impatiently.

2 months ago I purchased these pillows I opened them and they took about 36 hours to inflate completely. They have been so soft and comfy so far but since the last week, when I washed them and after drying they have gone much flatter than before and now I realized that they have gone about 25% flatter than they were last week. I had to shake them hard enough to make them inflate again.

I wanted to buy some fluffy and supportive pillows for my neck pain. Which I broke 2 years ago when I fell from a ladder while fixing the roof leakage. Somehow I am good with the softness but when I go to sleep and lay my head on, it sinks into the pillow which is causes pain in my neck.

I am very particular about pillows. I have a bad neck and cannot sleep easily and a migraine sufferer so if I have a migraine, I need a good soft pillow. Otherwise a crap pillow is enough. Too much thick or too much soft will give me a migraine AND a neck ache. I have always used 100% white goose down pillows for these reasons. Due to low budget I found to be the best in the research, I knew I can't use them due to thickness as I am stomach sleeper. My husband, who is 6'6" (larger than normal person) also gave them a try. Eh, they are just ok. But after all the experiences in 4 months I would say that a Pillow from walmart are about the same as these. I am really disappointed in them.

These beckham pillows are super super comfy. They start fluffing up as come out of the vacuumed packaging. Shake them to get their shape. They may take up to 24 to 36 hours to come to the full size. The best thing I love about them is they come back to their shape and don't go flat. I no more wake up hot at night because of its gel cooling.

Quality sleep and comfort

Very comfortable from first use. I did not notice a gel cooling effect but perhaps because I put on pillow protectors.

My only concern is the fact that gel or foam pillows are not as healthy, fume wise, that is rather than down pillows. I’ve decided to get a set for a guest bedroom and another set for the master but put them in the sham covers.
