I am very particular about pillows. I have a bad neck and cannot sleep easily and a migraine sufferer so if I have a migraine, I need a good soft pillow. Otherwise a crap pillow is enough. Too much thick or too much soft will give me a migraine AND a neck ache. I have always used 100% white goose down pillows for these reasons. Due to low budget I found to be the best in the research, I knew I can’t use them due to thickness as I am stomach sleeper. My husband, who is 6’6″ (larger than normal person) also gave them a try. Eh, they are just ok. But after all the experiences in 4 months I would say that a Pillow from walmart are about the same as these. I am really disappointed in them.

We went to a Airbnb week before and I was amazed by the queen size pillows they had, SO soft and fluffy. With so much support and SO comfy . I slept on such pillows for the first time in my life. I received the pair of pillows today and immediately when I opened the package, the product was a far different from how it is presented here. First, in the picture of the product the design had a crescent shaped bottom to accommodate side sleepers. Next, it indicated a Down Alternative with gel cooling but it’s Polyester fiberfill and you wouldn’t know it from touch or feel if there is any kind of gel in the pillow.

2 months ago I purchased these pillows I opened them and they took about 36 hours to inflate completely. They have been so soft and comfy so far but since the last week, when I washed them and after drying they have gone much flatter than before and now I realized that they have gone about 25% flatter than they were last week. These had such great reviews I gave them a try.
I have had neck pain and headaches every day since the switch! They do not feel like ‘down’ at all—they have the puffy spongy feeling I hate in cheap pillows.

I purchased originally in 2022 and they were FABULOUS. The best pillows ever!! I decided that though they were still in great shape, it was probably time to get a new pair. So I went to my orders, and reordered the pillows – got a great deal so I was excited!
They came and I went to put them into the pillowcases and immediately realized they were not the same pillows. The tags are different and no longer state “GEL” on them. These are lighter weight and quite lumpy. Thankfully customer Support came through and made it right but I am pretty sad that we can no longer buy the pillows as they once were.

This Beckham Hotel Collection Down Alternative Pillow is the one I looked for for many weeks and finally I found it here. It all begins when I was visiting my family doctor for the 4th time in a month about my back pain. He was a friend of my father and my uncle as well so I was like a nephew to him. Besides all the medicines, he suggested me a lumbar pillow to use for back pain and this Beckham Pillow to go for my Neck which will directly help my spine to be in the correct shape and prevent anymore back pain and cramps of the muscles. They washed well in my top loader and air dried in 48 hours. I would recommend washing two so that they balance your washer during the spin cycle. When I first opened the package and rolled out the pillows, there were 3 gel “lumps” inside. I couldn’t image how they would fluff up and make the pillow soft. But I gave them the 24 hours recommended and air fluffed them in the dryer. I also kept fluffing them during the waiting period. I was a longtime fan of Beautyrest Black down alternative pillows, which were inexplicably discontinued by Serta.
These had such great reviews I gave them a try.
I have had neck pain and headaches every day since the switch! They do not feel like ‘down’ at all—they have the puffy spongy feeling I hate in cheap pillows.
I sleep mostly on my side and back.

I purchased originally in 2022 and they were FABULOUS. The best pillows ever!! I decided that though they were still in great shape, it was probably time to get a new pair. So I went to my orders, and reordered the pillows – got a great deal so I was excited!
They came and I went to put them into the pillowcases and immediately realized they were not the same pillows. The tags are different and no longer state “GEL” on them. These are lighter weight and quite lumpy. Thankfully customer Support came through and made it right but I am pretty sad that we can no longer buy the pillows as they once were.

I’ve been purchasing these pillows for time and have sworn by them. Recently purchased more to replace some older pillows and I am extremely disappointed. The minute I laid my head on it I could tell it was not the same as the ones I’ve always purchased. This new set has much less fluff to it and the linen feels less soft.

These are actually really great pillows, and they’re twice as good when you catch them on an awesome lightning deal, so watch for that. They’re on there pretty often. My husband is super pillow picky and really likes these. They’re supportive without feeling blocky or lumpy. They also aren’t sweat inducing like a lot of gel, down alternative pillows can be.

I have a hard time finding a pillow that I actually like. I think this is the one for me. These are soft but slightly firm. I slept all night soundly. The gel material the pillow is stuffed with provides the comfort of a soft squishy pillow but enough firmness to not get lost in the pillow when you lay down. If you experience headaches or neck pain from sleeping on too flat of a pillow, this will save you! I was leery of purchasing a pillow online. Just because a pillow works for one person doesn’t necessarily mean it will work for another. I decided to bite the bullet and purchase this one namely because of the video reviews. I was able to see someone handling the pillow, mashing on it, fluffing it, etc. I purchased the Queen size set of 2 down alternative bedding gel cooling pillows.( Not the memory foam pillow.) Don’t purchase them because they use the term “cooling”. They aren’t cooling. Rather purchase them because you will get the best sleep of your life

I have always been a fan of very firm cooling pillows. After a stay a couple of weeks ago in a hotel with this type of pillow, I decided to give them a try since I had rested so well at the hotel. These pillows are very soft and fluffy, which I prefer from the gel pillows that are too firm and mat down. They are very comfortable and retain their fluffiness. Good for side sleeping. They washed well in my top loader and air dried in 48 hours. I would recommend washing two so that they balance your washer during the spin cycle. I finally have purchased pillows that I’m satisfied with.

When I first opened the package and rolled out the pillows, there were 3 gel “lumps” inside. I couldn’t image how they would fluff up and make the pillow soft. But I gave them the 24 hours recommended and air fluffed them in the dryer. I also kept fluffing them during the waiting period. Now, all the lumps and bumps are gone and the pillows are so wonderful. I like that they’re weighty. Give them a try!

I was really worried for my young son. He is 10 and often wakes up tired or complaining about neck pain or back pain. I was frustrated because he had no health issue or weakness but I could not figure it out even we did medication too. I liked this pillow a lot when I first got it. It’s very soft and comfortable, but after a few weeks, it started to lose its shape a bit. I find myself having to fluff it up often to keep the support. It’s not a bad pillow, but I expected it to last longer without needing so much maintenance.
