The arrival of the product was about 4 days after ordering according to the support team but I received my parcel after 6 days. Luckily the delivery boy met me at the door at the time of delivery and I asked him for this delay so he replied we had some packets mismanaged during the shipping which took so long to be completed. These are nice pillows. When I first got them they were in air tight bags and I worried they would be flat. But as soon as you take them out they fluff up big time. They were longer than expected, I guess I didn’t know what queen size meant. However I really like them for sitting up in bed, hugging for shoulder pain, or raising me legs or feet.

I got the king size and they are so comfortable. For the first couple days I had a stiff neck, but that was me adjusting to not sleeping on metaphorical cardboard for the first time. Super fluffy and firm at the same time. After the 24 hours they fluffed up huge. The pics with pillowcases on are after sleeping on them for about a month and the pics without pillowcases are before. My husband's is a little lumpy looking because he sleeps funny on it, but it feels the same as mine.
